Civil Assistant
Surgeon Contractual Basis
MBBS registered with TS Medical Council
Lab Technician :
Intermediate (Vocational)
DMLT or B.Sc (LT) from recognized institutions
Must be registered with the Para Medical Board.
Pharmacist:
Intermediate (Vocational)
D. Pharmacy
Must be registered with the Para Medical Board.
Selection Process:
Selection will be done on Merit Basis:
Selection will be done based on the following criteria:
Total marks are 100 out of which 80 marks will be allotted basing on the marks obtained in qualifying examination. (80%)
(i) 10 marks (10%) will be awarded for the age. Weight-age for age will be reckoned from 18 years of age of the candidate. 0.5 mark will be awarded for one completed year of age with a maximum of 10 marks. The age will be recko as on 01-07-2021.
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 34 years.
The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2021 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules:
For S.C's, S.T's & BC's 5 (Five) years.
ii. For ex-service man 3 (Three) years in addition to the length of service in
armed forces.
ii. Disable persons 10 (Ten) years.
How to Apply:
The filled in application forms along with the necessary required documents shall be submitted in person or through registered post in the office of the District Medical & Health Officer, Karimnagar.
Applications which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected.

Latest Caste Certificates issued by the Tahsildar / MRO concerned
Study certificate for the years from 1st class to 10th class and in case of Private Study residency certificate from the Tahsildar/ MRO concerned.
PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota (SADERAM 10 Certificate
Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-Service man quota.
Experience Certificate, if any 1 Photograph duly pasted on the application form
